To pass KYC verification and start working with the full range of tools of our exchange, you have to create an account on WhiteBIT Australia.
The registration process takes only a few minutes. Here is how to follow it.
How to sign up on the website?
- Make sure you are on https://whitebit.au
- Click “Get Started” in the top right corner of the website
- To sign up using your email, click the “Sign up” button. Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google or Apple account.
- If you’re signing up using your email, enter your email address and come up with a strong password.
Please note: A password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
Please note: you will not be able to log in to your WhiteBIT Australia account after registration using your Google/Apple email and password until you change the password to your own.
After registration, you will be able to see the masked email in the general account settings, and the full email can be obtained upon request.

Check the boxes agreeing to the User agreement, Privacy policy and confirming that you are neither a citizen nor a resident of prohibited countries and territories.
Forbidden countries and territories:
Currently, we do not accept identity documents from citizens or residents of the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, United States, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Yemen, Canada, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, the Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Please note: registration, verification and use of services are permitted only to persons who have reached the age of 18.
- Press the “Continue” button. A registration confirmation window should open on your device.
- Check your email inbox for a 4-digit confirmation code (the code is valid for 15 minutes). Enter this code in the corresponding field and click “Confirm”, or click the “Confirm and sign in” button, which can be found in the email. By clicking this button, you can immediately log in to your account without entering your credentials again. Done!
Please note: after clicking the “Confirm and sign in” button, authorization is performed in the browser where the button was clicked. For example, if registration was started in Chrome but the confirmation email was opened in Safari, you will be automatically logged in Safari, while remaining logged out in Chrome.
If registration was started on the web version and confirmation was completed on a mobile device, authorization will occur on the mobile device, while the web version will remain unchanged — auto-login will not occur there.
The "Confirm and Login" feature will be available for mobile app versions 3.69.0 and higher. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the app.
Additionally, there is no option of linking your account to a phone number on our exchange (e.g. for additional verification via SMS or phone call).
We recommend you enable 2FA and anti-phishing to add extra protection to your account.
