QuickSend is a feature that allows users to instantly transfer cryptocurrency to other WhiteBIT AU users by simply using their nickname. This tool is designed to provide an efficient and secure transaction experience. With no fees and immediate processing, QuickSend offers more convenience, making it an ideal solution for those who need to make fast crypto transfers.
Please note: QuickSend is not available to our users in the European Union.
How to use QuickSend?
You can reach the QuickSend option in two ways:
- Go to the WhiteBIT AU main page – Products section, then you will find the QuickSend tool;

Go to the WhiteBIT Codes page and choose Modal with the QuickSend function.
Now you can search for the receiver and send cryptocurrency to another WhiteBIT user by their nickname! You just need to enter the nickname in the search bar and choose the correct one. The search results are updated in real time with each character typed.
Important: on this page, you can block other users and not receive transfers from them or send funds to them.
Once you choose the receiver, the next action is currency picking. Follow these steps:
- Select the cryptocurrency
After the Receiver is picked, the Sender must choose the cryptocurrency they wish to send. You can choose the cryptocurrency among the available options.
- Consider minimum and maximum transfer amounts
The minimum amount that can be transferred is 1 USDT. There is no maximum limit for the transfer amount!
Please note that you can also add a message to your transfer (the content is restricted to 100 symbols).
When the Receiver, Cryptocurrency, and Amount are chosen, you need to confirm the transaction with an email code and 2FA code or Passkey (if it is activated on your account).
Important: you have only 10 seconds to cancel the transaction.
Ready! Once the transaction is successful, you can check the QuickSend transaction history with a specific Receiver in a personal chat between you and the Receiver.
If you click on the message, the transaction details (date, amount) are displayed. You can also use a “Send again“ button that leads to transfer creation and allows you to send funds to this Receiver again.
Please note that if you decide to repeat this transfer, all the main data (currency, amount, message) is duplicated, but you can change it.
